有待机功能电压调整器 输入电压 28V

XE6216系列是高精度, 低噪声, 正电压调整器芯片。该系列由一个参考电压源,一个误差放大器,一个限流器,一个热关断电路,一个相位补偿电路和一个驱动三极管组成。

通过激光微调技术,输出电压可以在2.0V-12.0V之间以100mV间隔选择(XE6216B系列)。另外,通过外接电阻,输出电压可以在2.0V-23.0V之间设定(XE6216C系列)。该系列的输出稳压电容(CL)同样可以使用低ESR的陶瓷电容。

该系列内置了过流保护电路和热关断电路。这两个保护电路将在输出电流达到电流限制水平或者结温度达到温度限制水平时开始工作。

CE功能可以使输出被关断,芯片进入待机模式,从而可以大大降低功耗。
