0.5V输入电压，1A高速LDO电压稳压器

XC6602系列产品能从0.5V的输入电压开始工作。此外，因为是超低导通电阻，特别适用于需要在低电压同时高效率地输出大电流的应用。输出电压为±15mV/±20mV且精度高，内部由N沟道驱动晶体管,基准电压源,误差放大器,过电流保护电路（反馈）,过热保护电路(TSD),欠压锁闭电路(输入欠压锁闭),软启动电路,相位补偿电路等构成。

输出电压由激光微调在内部固定，能在0.5V～1.8V的范围内以0.1V的间隔选择产品。输出滤波电容(CL)还能对应陶瓷等低ESR电容。

因为在IC启动时，软启动电路给CL充电，能抑制从VIN急剧地流向VOUT的冲击电流，并且，还能抑制由冲击电流带来的VIN的变动。

在内部实施了软启动时间的最佳化。

在CE引脚使IC成待机状态能大幅度降低消耗电流。此外，由内部开关能使CL中的充电电荷高速放电，迅速地返回VSS电平。并且，在IC内部CE引脚内置下拉电阻，在CE未连接电平时，使IC成待机状态。
