带防止突入电流功能 300mA 超小型高速电压稳压器

XC6229系列产品是实现了高精度,低噪声,高纹波抑制,低压差,低消耗电流的高速LDO电压稳压器。

由于300mA的高速LDO电压稳压器IC采用了最大尺寸仅为0.75mm×0.75mm, h=0.3mm 的超小型封装“LGA-4B01”,能实现高密度的设计。

本IC由基准电压源,误差放大器,驱动晶体管,限定电流电路,相位补偿电路,过热保护电路。防止冲击电流电路等构成。从CE引脚输入低电平能使IC成待机状态,用VOUT引脚与VSS引脚之间的内部开关能使输出电容(CL)的充电电荷放电。使得VOUT引脚高速地返回VSS电平。用于输出滤波电容(CL)还能对应陶瓷电容等低ESR电容。

激光微调技术能在内部以0.05V的间隔,在1.2V~4.0V的范围设定输出电压。

内置了过电流保护电路和过热保护电路。当输出电流达到了限定电流或结温度达到了限定温度时,保护电路开始工作。
