1A 输出电流Push Button智能负载开关

XC6194系列是能大幅度降低出厂后待机时及电源OFF时消耗的电力、并且在系统死机时能关闭电源的智能负载开关。有利于机器节电、延长工作时间。使用该系列产品使内置高端开关为ON状态 (XC6194A型还能放到OFF)，从MCU等向SHDN端子输入”L”信号可使其OFF。

通过从搭载在机器上的Push Button向SW端子输入”L”信号，使高端开关成为Turn-On状态并保持。如需Turn-Off，可从MCU等向SHDN端子输入”H”电平的1个脉冲。以此容易地实现了电池驱动机器主电源的主SW(*1)。因此停机时的漏电流可以抑制到1nA(TYP.)，不仅适用于主电源SW等用途，对于抑制机器出厂后长期保管时的电池放电也很有功效。A型可以通过持续按动Push Button在紧急时强制OFF。因此，还能在机器死机时成为 OFF。B型只能由SHDN端子成为OFF。

XC6194系列内置了Power Good功能（PG引脚），使用于妥当地调整DC/DC电压调整器或其他后续系统成为ON的时机。除此功能之外，还备有输出电容突入电流防止功能、短路保护，实现了智能负载SW。

(*1) 请在完成安全停机准备之后，从MCU等向SHDN端子输入信号然后使其OFF。
