140mΩ内置高端开关及Pch FET驱动GATE引脚 Push Button智能负载开关

XC6193系列是能大幅度降低出厂后待机时及电源OFF时消耗的电力、并且在系统死机时能关闭电源的智能负载开关。有利于机器节电、延长工作时间。

使用该系列产品使内置高端开关为ON状态 (A型由SW端子可以ON也可以OFF)，从MCU等向SHDN端子输入信号可使其OFF。 该系列产品搭载在机器上上时，可以向SW端子输入”L”信号，使高端开关成为并保持Turn-On状态。如需Turn-Off，可从MCU等向SHDN端子输入”H”电平的1个脉冲。以此容易地实现了电池驱动机器主电源的主SW(*1)。因此停机时的漏电流可以抑制到1nA(TYP.)，不仅适用于主电源SW等用途，对于抑制机器出厂后长期保管时的电池放电也很有功效。

A型产品在长按Push Button可以在紧急时强制OFF。在机器死机时也能使其OFF。B型产品则只能用SHDN端子使其OFF。

XC6193系列产品除了内置的高端开关之外，还备有为驱动P沟道MOSFET的外接GATE端子。 除以上功能之外，还备有防止冲击电流的软启动功能以及短路保护功能，实现了负载开关的智能化。

(*1) 请在完成安全停机准备之后，从MCU等向SHDN端子输入信号然后使其OFF。
